i am a single mother of 2 a 4 and 2 year old. American Water company just shut me off so now i have no water what can i do to get it turned back on. I am tired of struggling to pay rent and all these bills i dont know how i survive living on pennys with 2 children. ive been seeking work to no avail, i am a felon been in sum trouble in my past lifetime but i had children and ive turned my life around ive kept myself trouble free for 10 years when does life get better?
